The addition guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add a cropping activity, i.e. a new crop, overseeding or intercropping.

1. Choose the reference year for the activity

2. Select one or more fields by clicking on them.

3. Click on "Add an activity"

4. Click on "Crop"

5. Click on "Crop status"

6. Choose whether you want to plant a new or existing crop.

7. If "Seeding", follow the next steps

8. Enter the sowing date

9. Choose the type of "Action" for seeding, i.e. reseeding, overseeding or intercropping

10. Enter the "Seeding rate*"

11. Choose the "Crop" type, the crops available depend on the crops selected in the inventory.

12. Optional, you can create your "Seed mix*".

13. Click on "Add a seed mix"

14. Enter the "Mixture name*"

15. Choose the first species in the mix

16. Choose the cultivar

17. If the mixture consists of more than one species, click on "Add a species"

18. When there is more than one species in the mix, you must enter the "Proportion" of each species.

19. Once you have completed your mix, "Save"

20. Enter "Estimated % Legumes*"

21. Enter your target yield*.

22. Click on "Save".
